In addition to our specialist project management skills we are able to draw on associated in-house proficiencies in the areas of architectural design, structural engineering, fire engineering, quantity surveying, building surveying and property valuation.


Our project management team members have local and international experience in new build and redevelopment retail projects. From foundations through to fit-out, they are keenly aware of the key drivers and objectives of large-scale commercial retail developments, including the need for proactive management in order to minimise planning and construction delays, avoid costly disruptions and maintain a cash-flow.

Prendos project management team members are experienced in the role of ‘Engineers to the Contract’. This makes us well placed to serve the project management needs of commercial property owners and tenants undertaking office upgrades and refurbishments, and portfolio clients planning the delivery of low-rise, new-build, commercial projects. We also have the capability to act as a client’s representative, overseeing the delivery of new Design & Build property.
