This makes us well placed to serve the project management needs of commercial property owners and tenants undertaking office upgrades and refurbishments, and portfolio clients planning the delivery of low-rise, new-build, commercial projects. We also have the capability to act as a client’s representative, overseeing the delivery of new Design & Build property.
