Rosie completed a range of studies at both Auckland and Massey Universities while working as a Valuer at Prendos. Having now been part of the team for a number of years, she is currently preparing to sit her exam to become a Registered Valuer.

Rosie carries out valuations primarily for residential properties including dwellings, redevelopment sites, townhouses and more complex development projects. She also completes insurance valuation work for a wide range of property types.

With a natural interest in property, Rosie is efficient, thorough and very organised, enabling her to meet the tight timeframes demanded by her high paced role.

She is looking forward to gaining her registration and broadening her skill set further.
