Jonathan is a Registered Valuer specialising in residential property. His experience covers a broad range of properties including standalone homes, townhouses, redevelopment sites and home-and-income properties. He has also contributed to extensive rating revaluation projects for several councils throughout the North Island, giving him a strong understanding of residential markets at both individual and portfolio level.

Known for his attention to detail and clear communication, Jonathan enjoys helping clients make informed property decisions. Fluent in multiple languages, he values the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, and builds strong relationships with his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball and discovering new places to eat.
