Doreen has a strong background in cost management and financial oversight across a range of construction and infrastructure projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (Honours) from the University of Science Malaysia and brings several years of industry experience to her role.

She specialises in post-contract cost management and has contributed to a number of significant projects, including large-scale land development and infrastructure upgrades, as well as major public sector works.

Doreen plays a key role in managing project costs, tracking financial performance and supporting teams to deliver within budget. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail and calm approach under pressure – qualities that are essential when managing complex programmes and tight deadlines. She works closely with project teams to support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

Outside of work, Doreen enjoys spending time with family, exploring local walks, trying new food spots and baking when time allows.
