Alan Mitchell

Alan is a valuer with considerable experience in the residential property sector. He has worked in the greater Auckland and Wellington residential property markets across all types of valuation, from apartments in the CBD to lifestyle blocks in outlying areas.

His work at Prendos encompasses mortgage valuation and its associated requirements, including property insurance and tax depreciation, chattel valuation for tax depreciation purposes, home and income, residential investment blocks, sub-divisible land and high value cliff top property.

A graduate member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ), Alan is currently preparing for full PINZ registration to extend his professional qualifications. When not studying he enjoys tramping, tennis and snowboarding.
