The client required a phased approach to the transaction. This comprised an initial red flag report detailing the critical risk areas, to determine whether they should proceed with the transaction. The next phase of our instruction was to provide a comprehensive detailed technical analysis of the property to fully understand all critical items and future liabilities.
Prendos procured and coordinated a project team. Our brief included a full and detailed review of the property data room and physical inspection of the structure, façade, fabric and services. Critical information was prioritised into key risk categories with associated cost liabilities.
Our comprehensive review and ‘one stop’ offering gave the client a full understanding of the property, and allowed them to make informed technical and commercial decisions.
