Kuban is a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in our Auckland office. His broad range of technical skills and knowledge cover feasibility studies, tender documentation and analysis, contract and procurement management, life cycle costing, replacement cost valuations and contract advisory services.
Kuban has significant project experience both in New Zealand and overseas and has developed highly specialised expertise through his involvement in flood and slip remediation projects, civil infrastructure and geotechnical engineering assessments and costings, as well as the assessment of property claims for loss adjusters.
From a young age Kuban had an interest in the built environment and followed his brother’s lead into a career in Quantity Surveying. As someone who is commercially astute, numerate and risk averse, the career choice suited him well, and he believes it has also positively influenced his thinking and approach.
His technical aptitude combined with way in which Kuban communicates openly with a strong customer focus make him an asset to the Quantity Surveying team at Prendos.
When he is not at work, Kuban enjoys playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
