Jerome is a Registered Valuer with a diverse array of experience from insurance, rent review and market valuations to compensation assessments. He also specialises in Marae, iwi assets and religious building valuations for insurance purposes. His portfolio includes large and small scale developments, commercial spaces, industrial facilities, retail properties, and residential buildings.

Jerome is passionate about his Māoritanga, Te Reo Māori and building intergenerational prosperity for his iwi, hapū and whānau. Given iwi and hapū are so heavily invested in property, he saw specialising in property as a key skillset to help guide his people towards those goals.

He is dynamic and responsive towards clients’ requirements and values building strong relationships with clients, particularly face to face. He is fluent in Te Reo Māori which has proven helpful when valuing Marae and other Māori owned assets.

Outside of work, Jerome enjoys dirt biking and spending time with his whānau. He contributes to his iwi and sits on a few boards – a Papakāinga housing development in Waikato and land management trust for his hapū.
