As a Director and Senior Architectural Designer, Erin has a deep understanding of Respond’s values and vision, combined with a proven ability to lead teams and drive impactful results.

With over 20 years of industry experience and a history with Respond since 2009, Erin has played a key role in delivering hundreds of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Her expertise spans sectors including education, healthcare, body corporate, commercial, and residential development.

Erin’s career in architectural design began with her early completion of a National Certificate in Architectural Technology, followed by a Bachelor of Architecture. This enabled her to work as a project architect on an innovative commercial building for a high-tech pharmaceutical enterprise in Trinity College Science Park in Cambridge, UK, while enjoying an 18-month period overseas.

Her work on successive projects, many of them complex and multi-storied, has given Erin an excellent grounding in the skill of overall project visualisation and the ability to provide appropriate technical solutions to structural and interior fit-out design issues, handle on-site and client liaison meetings and plan and coordinate the participation of ancillary design and documentation teams.
