Charndeep was instilled with a passion for property from an early age, leading her to pursue a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland, before beginning her career as a Valuer.

As part of our Auckland Valuations team, Charndeep completes residential market valuations for mortgage and insurance purposes. Her genuine interest in property, combined with her love of meeting people and excellent attention to detail are all valuable assets in her current role.

Prior to joining Prendos, Charndeep gained experience in government rating valuations and worked on the Auckland Revaluation Project, so she has an excellent understanding of the Auckland residential market.

Outside of work, Charndeep enjoys staying active on walks and hikes with friends, and is a keen traveler, both at home and overseas.
