Sandeep is a Registered Valuer in both New Zealand and Fiji, with extensive experience in commercial and residential valuations throughout the South Pacific. In his role at Prendos, Sandeep focuses on residential valuations in the South Auckland and North Waikato regions, as well as subdivision and multi-unit valuations.

Having achieved dual BCom and BProp degrees, Sandeep went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma and a Masters degree. His Masters thesis was instrumental in the Fiji Institute of Valuers adopting the International Valuation Standards.
In addition to working as a Valuer since 2011, Sandeep has also held education roles within the industry. He previously held the role of Course Coordinator for Property Valuation at the University of the South Pacific, and now acts in a similar role at the University of Auckland for Masters level Property papers.

He has valuations experience across a broad range of property types, including commercial and industrial property and infrastructure, retirement housing, healthcare and childcare facilities, hotels and multi-unit developments.

Outside of work Sandeep enjoys watching sports and plays casual squash and badminton with friends. He has also recently taken up cricket, after a short-lived foray into golf.
