Having joined Prendos in 2022, Ryan has experience providing costings for both the residential sector (including standalone homes, townhouses and low-level apartments), as well as commercial buildings.

Prior to this, Ryan gained practical and detailed cost knowledge providing estimating services, including material ordering quantities, to building contractors.

With his exceptional attention to detail and background in engineering, Ryan is always striving to find solutions to challenging problems. Having studied Electronics to Masters level, Ryan subsequently applied his knowledge and skills to Quantity Surveying, completing his studies in 2020.

As part of the Prendos QS team he is responsible for estimating projects based on client requirements predicting project cashflows, compiling variation assessments, initial bank financial reports, drawdown reports and insurance reinstatement estimates.
