Rosie completed a range of studies at both Auckland and Massey Universities while working as a Valuer at Prendos. Having been part of the team for a number of years, she recently passed her final exam and is now a Registered Valuer.

Rosie carries out valuations primarily for residential properties including dwellings, redevelopment sites, townhouses and more complex development projects. She also completes insurance valuation work for a wide range of property types.

With a natural interest in property, Rosie is efficient, thorough and very organised, enabling her to meet the tight timeframes demanded by her high paced role.
