After working as a mortgage loan consultant, dealing with property market values for secure lending purposes, Patricia realised she was interested in how the estimation process worked. She went on to complete a master’s degree in management followed by postgraduate studies in valuation, and later in financial analysis.
This broad knowledge base has given Patricia a deep understanding of the property market – something that is crucial in the estimation process. She believes the value of a property is made up of many factors, including risk assessment, market conditions and sentiment, as well as economic cycle predictions.
Patricia has worked on many multi-million dollar valuation jobs in Ireland, Poland and New Zealand. Passionate about property, she is inspired by working with market professionals and draws deeper knowledge and new skills from every job she’s involved in.
Patricia is a member of the Polish Federation of Valuers, the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers in Ireland, as well as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Property Institute of New Zealand.
