Mike brings over 15 years’ experience with him from the UK, where he gained experience as a Building Surveyor in the social housing sector. His role at Prendos sees him undertake a variety of building surveys, including condition surveys, pre and post development surveys, quality assurance on residential buildings and investigating weathertightness issues.

He has a keen attention to detail, and a particular interest in construction methods and defect analysis in residential dwellings. He was involved with defect diagnosis and drawing up remedial action for a newly built housing development with weathertightness issues, which the client was able to put towards a significant settlement.

Outside of work, Mike has a keen interest in the outdoors and travel, and enjoys cycling, hiking, keeping fit and seeing the world.
