Gavin has been a registered valuer since 1990 and joined the Prendos team in 1994. One of our longest standing valuers, he has been providing top notch valuations for Prendos’ clients for a couple of decades.

Gavin completed a Bachelor of Business Studies in 1984, and then undertook residential, industrial and commercial valuations for a government department before coming on board.

Gavin specialty is residential work and he provides this service Auckland wide.

Outside of work Gavin is the NZ champion for water skiing, wakeboarding and kiteboarding, and satisfies his need for speed as the fastest sailor at 50.93 knots.
