Adam is a Graduate Valuer specialising in commercial and industrial property valuations. He holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and is an Affiliate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

He supports the delivery of property valuations for a range of purposes, including mortgage security, insurance and rental reviews across Auckland. His role involves property inspections, data analysis and applying current market evidence to provide accurate, well-supported valuations.

Adam previously worked as a residential ratings valuer, and played a key role in the 2024 Auckland Council revaluation.

He is known for his strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, enabling him to build effective relationships and deliver reliable outcomes. He enjoys the variety of the role, particularly the opportunity to engage with clients and inspect a diverse range of properties.

Outside of work, Adam stays active at the gym, plays social sport and enjoys golf on the weekends.
