To arrive at detailed maintenance plans, we categorise your assets into types and perform desktop reviews of all information relating to the property. We also complete condition surveys to identify health and safety, repair and maintenance and capital expenditure items.

Prioritisation of maintenance activities ensures that emergency repairs are identified, prioritised and completed and planned works are ordered to suit. Our reports are detailed and we work closely with our in-house quantity surveyors in costing our schedules.

We work with portfolio owners, using their asset software on our tablets to capture condition data in the field, which uploads instantly into the end user’s asset management database.

We act as lead consultants, engaging other specialist consultants on your behalf to identify building fabric, structural and services matters. We understand that buildings cost money to operate and require ongoing investment to remain fit for purpose.

Our building condition surveys and maintenance plans are tailored to suit your reporting. Typically, we use drones and Insta360 cameras to assess building condition.

This gives clients a useful record of their buildings at any point in time.
