This week we welcomed two new Directors to the Board of Prendos. Simon O’Sullivan and Matthew Edginton, both experienced members of our Valuations team, took up their new roles on 1st November.
Simon started out as a Police officer and spent 12 years with the Police before re-training as a valuer. He became a Registered Valuer in 2016, and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers in 2019, and Associate at Prendos in 2020. He has significant experience as a valuer of both residential and commercial properties, and is a high value panel valuer with both Valocity and Corelogic.
Matt graduated with degrees in Property and Commerce in 2014, and is also a Registered Valuer and Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. He has a similar breadth of experience in both residential and commercial valuations, but it’s commercial that is his core specialism, and he is our go-to valuer for high value commercial work, investment portfolio valuations and discounted cash flow modelling.
