Rosedale Village is committed to providing all retirement residents, including those receiving medium and high levels of care, with quality accommodation, choices of care and support that invigorates and enhances their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. This ethos encourages the principle of ‘aging in place’.
In 2014-15 Prendos designed and project managed a large building addition to the care hospital in Albany, Auckland, which was built by Teak Construction. The project involved the management of a large number of complex issues, the most challenging was that the existing wing of the hospital was occupied by residents and staff throughout the new wing construction program.
