Prendos was engaged to investigate all three Towers of the Keystone Ridge Apartments and was ultimately instructed to design and oversee the required repairs. A Prendos building consultant performed the role of Engineer to the Contract.
The complex was constructed of part reinforced concrete and part steel frame with 40mm polystyrene cladding and texture coating.
Our comprehensive building investigation revealed leaking at windows, balconies and breezeways. The steel framing was corroding and significant Stachybotrys mould had to be removed.
